Melbourne, Australia \u2013 January 20, 2025<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Melbourne, Australia \u2013 January 20, 2025:<\/strong> Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) held an exhibition protesting the Iranian regime\u2019s ongoing crimes against the Iranian people while expressing solidarity with the ongoing Iranian Revolution. The event also condemned the regime\u2019s use of death sentences against political prisoners<\/a>, including those associated with the PMOI<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Iranian community in Melbourne voiced their support for a democratic republic in Iran, firmly rejecting all forms of dictatorship, including the mullahs\u2019 regime and any potential return to the Shah<\/a>\u2019s rule.<\/p>\n

The group specifically called for the closure of the Iranian regime\u2019s embassy in Australia and advocated for the blacklisting of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC<\/a>).<\/p>\n

They also highlighted the importance of recognizing the Iranian people\u2019s resistance, particularly the role of the MEK Resistance Units<\/a> inside Iran, in their fight against tyranny and dictatorship. The participants reaffirmed the Iranian people\u2019s right to self-defense in their struggle for freedom.<\/p>\n
