London, UK \u2013 February 14-15, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 The Academics in Exile Association, which supports the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>), organized a two-day book and photo exhibition in London to raise awareness of human rights violations in Iran and express solidarity with Iranian university students protesting<\/a> against the ruling regime.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"370\" data-end=\"688\">The exhibition received significant public support, drawing attention to the ongoing repression in Iran, particularly the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/human-rights\/2024\/12\/urgent-action-required-six-political-prisoners-sentenced-to-death-in-iran\/67727\/\" rel=\"\">death sentences<\/a> imposed on political prisoners. Attendees signed petitions advocating for regime change, the abolition of the death penalty, and the immediate release of all political detainees.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1415\" data-is-last-node=\"\">The Academics In Exile Association stated on X platform: <em>\u201cOur book Stand in London today (15\/02\/2025) received overwhelming support! Iranian community members in London demanded that Iranian leaders be prosecuted internationally for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1415\" data-is-last-node=\"\">The Academics in Exile Association reaffirmed its commitment to justice, stricter sanctions against the Iranian regime, and recognition of the Iranian people\u2019s right to self-defense. The exhibition was met with enthusiasm from a diverse audience, strengthening international support for the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Today,14\/02\/2025, our book stand in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/London?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#London<\/a> saw incredible support!
