Paris, France \u2013 May 1-2, 2025:<\/strong> Marking International Workers\u2019 Day, supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) held a powerful exhibition in Paris to denounce the Iranian regime\u2019s intensifying human rights abuses and its brutal use of the death penalty.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"544\">The event also paid tribute to the hardworking people of Iran and expressed solidarity with Iranian workers\u2014especially those killed in the recent deadly explosion in <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/article\/catastrophic-bandar-abbas-port-explosion-deals-severe-blow-to-irans-trade-lifeline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bandar Abbas<\/a>, a tragedy caused by the criminal actions of the clerical regime and its <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/i\/look-irans-revolutionary-guards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRGC<\/a> forces, who recklessly stockpiled hazardous chemical and military materials in a civilian port, endangering and ultimately sacrificing innocent lives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"881\">The exhibition featured impactful photographs and detailed reports documenting the regime\u2019s escalating repression, including the sharp rise in executions of political prisoners\u2014many affiliated with the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/peoples-mojahedin-pmoi-mek-iran\/\" rel=\"\">PMOI<\/a> . Firsthand testimonies of arbitrary arrests, torture, and <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/human-rights\/2024\/12\/urgent-action-required-six-political-prisoners-sentenced-to-death-in-iran\/67727\/\" rel=\"\">death sentences<\/a> exposed the harsh realities facing dissidents in Iran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1152\">Organizers called for urgent international action, urging the European Union to blacklist the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (<a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2023\/04\/irans-regime-irgc-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization\/44858\/\" rel=\"\">IRGC<\/a>) as a terrorist entity. They emphasized the importance of global pressure to hold the Tehran regime accountable for its ongoing crimes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1483\">The exhibition also highlighted the PMOI\u2019s vision for a free, democratic, and secular Iran\u2014firmly rejecting both the ruling theocracy and any return to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monarchy<\/a>. French attendees expressed strong support for the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for freedom, underscoring the growing international movement for democratic change in Iran.<\/p>\n<p
