At the \u201cMassive Iranian Resistance Rally<\/a>\u201d\u00a0in Berlin, Jean-Pierre Brard, former French National Assembly member, honored the 44th anniversary of the June 20, 1981 uprising in Tehran\u2014an event he called the \u201ctrue beginning\u201d of Iran\u2019s resistance against the mullahs\u2019 dictatorship. Drawing a powerful comparison to France\u2019s historic stand against tyranny in 1940, Brard highlighted the shared determination of both peoples in their struggle for sovereignty and liberty.<\/p>\n
He condemned the regime\u2019s ongoing brutality, recalling the horrific 1988 massacre<\/a> of over 30,000 political prisoners, and criticized the international community\u2019s policy of appeasement, which has only strengthened Tehran\u2019s oppressive grip. Referring to Maryam Rajavi<\/a>\u2019s foresight, Brard emphasized that compromise has failed, and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) offers a clear third path: democratic change led by the Iranian people and their organized resistance.<\/p>\n
Brard praised the NCRI<\/a>\u2019s Ten-Point Plan<\/a> as a blueprint for democracy, founded on the universal principles of freedom, equality, and secular governance. He spotlighted the thousands of resistance units active within Iran, describing them as the vital force destined to deal the regime its final defeat.<\/p>\n
Concluding with a revolutionary declaration, Brard quoted: \u201cReal revolutionaries are those who see the beacon of freedom in the darkness\u2014long before others can.\u201d He closed with unwavering confidence that the Iranian people\u2019s victory is inevitable.<\/p>\n
