Winterthur, Switzerland \u2013 July 8, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a><\/span><\/span>) held an exhibition in Winterthur to condemn the Iranian regime\u2019s escalating human rights violations, particularly the sharp rise in death sentences<\/a><\/span><\/span> handed down to political prisoners.<\/p>\n

Participants expressed their solidarity with the ongoing struggle of the Iranian people<\/a> and urged the Swiss government to take firm action\u2014specifically, to close the Iranian regime\u2019s embassy in Switzerland and officially designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC<\/a>) as a terrorist organization.<\/p>\n

The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to establishing a democratic republic in Iran, rejecting all forms of dictatorship\u2014whether under the current theocratic regime or a return to monarchical<\/a> rule.<\/p>\n

They concluded by calling for international recognition of the Iranian people\u2019s right to resist tyranny. This includes acknowledging the efforts of the MEK Resistance Units<\/a> operating inside Iran and affirming their right to defend themselves in the pursuit of freedom, justice, and democracy.<\/p>\n
