Winchester, UK \u2013 August 15, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 The Academics in Exile Association, supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>), held an exhibition and bookstall in Winchester to denounce the executions of Iranian political prisoners carried out by the regime\u2019s ruling mullahs.<\/p>\n
The event spotlighted the urgent case of five political prisoners in Iran \u2014 Vahid Bani-Amerian, Pouya Ghobadi, Shahrokh Daneshvarkar, Mohammad Taghavi, and Babak Alipour<\/strong> \u2014 who have recently been transferred to Ghezel Hesar Prison, a notorious site of mass executions, leaving them at **imminent risk of execution<\/a>.<\/p>\n**
