At a major rally in New York City <\/a>on September 23, 2025, Gen. Tod Wolters, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, lauded the Iranian Resistance, emphasizing that the movement is prepared to lead Iran toward freedom. Speaking to thousands gathered outside the United Nations, Wolters described the event as a testament to the Iranian people\u2019s \u201cindomitable spirit\u201d and their determination to achieve meaningful change.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor far too long, the citizens of Iran have lived without freedom,\u201d Wolters stated. He criticized the regime for exporting terrorism and suppressing civil life, stressing that it does not reflect the aspirations of the Iranian people. Highlighting the NCRI as a credible organized alternative, he affirmed, \u201cThe NCRI can and will deliver on this mandate, having prepared, studied, and practiced for decades.\u201d<\/p>\n
