Melbourne, Australia \u2013 October 4, 2025:<\/strong> Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) organized an exhibition to highlight the Iranian regime\u2019s escalating human rights abuses, focusing on the death sentences imposed on political prisoners.<\/p>\n

The event called for the immediate abolition of these death sentences and the unconditional release of all political detainees in Iran. Participants strongly condemned the regime\u2019s repression and expressed unwavering solidarity with the\u00a0Iranian people\u2019s struggle<\/a>\u00a0for democratic change.<\/p>\n

Members of Melbourne\u2019s Iranian community voiced their support for establishing a democratic republic in Iran, rejecting all forms of dictatorship\u2014including both theocratic rule and any return to\u00a0monarchy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Organizers emphasized the critical role of the Iranian resistance, especially the efforts of\u00a0MEK Resistance Units<\/a>\u00a0active inside Iran, in their ongoing fight against oppression. They reaffirmed the Iranian people\u2019s right to defend themselves in their pursuit of freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n
