Vidal-Quadras: It is clear that such decisions to perform these attacks require approval at the highest level of the Iranian regime<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Let me say a few words to conclude these very productive meeting, after everything we have been listening to.<\/p>\n

It is clear that this new wave of Iranian regime\u2019s terrorism<\/a> is a new wave because it has been explained very clearly. They have done it in the past many times, so what they are doing now is a new wave of terrorism because they did it in the past already. This is not the work of isolated Individual or group, this is the work of a political regime\u2019s killing machine inside its borders and also they try to do the same outside the borders of Iran.<\/p>\n
