Iranians in Oslo rally in front of the Norwegian Parliament to support Iran\u2019s uprising for freedom and democracy.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Oslo, Norway \u2014 January 13, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 For yet another time since the beginning of the nationwide uprising in Iran, and in support of the brave protesters, freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>), and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/span><\/a>) held a rally in front of the Norwegian Parliament in Oslo.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">In solidarity with the\u00a0<a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/statement-iran-protest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">nationwide protests in Iran<\/span><\/a>, participants braved snowy, sub-zero temperatures and chanted anti-regime slogans to express their support for compatriots who have risen up inside Iran.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Iranians in Oslo Hold Rally Supporting Iran Protests, Advocating a Free and Democratic Republic -3\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ylTEwtPYOqM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Demonstrators called for the establishment of a free and democratic republic in Iran, rejecting all forms of autocracy\u2014whether\u00a0<a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">monarchical<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2020\/10\/who-is-ali-khamenei-iranian-regime-supreme-leader\/19254\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">theocratic<\/span><\/a>. They held pictures of the martyrs of the uprising and carried banners echoing the demands of protesters in Iran, including \u201cRegime change in Iran by the people of Iran\u201d and \u201cNo to the\u00a0<a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span class=\"text-box-trim-both\">Shah<\/span><\/a>! No to the\u00a0<a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline font-semibold\"
