Geneva, Switzerland \u2014 March 16, 2026:<\/strong> Supporters of the Iranian Resistance, joined by Kurdish, Baluch, and Arab compatriots, as well as representatives of other ethnic minorities, gathered outside the United Nations headquarters in Geneva. They called for the overthrow of the clerical dictatorship and expressed support for the National Council of Resistance of Iran\u2019s (NCRI<\/a>) announcement of a provisional government.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"1222\">Participants reaffirmed their rejection of both the former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monarchical<\/a> system and the current religious dictatorship, stressing that Iran\u2019s future must be determined by its people through a democratic process.
