Human social evolution history tells us there is no dictator, who would not attempt to preserve its power over people through all kind of suppression, deception, and crime. In this regard, dictators the law enforcement to an oppressive organ, although they pretend that they respect an independent judiciary<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Religious dictatorship ruling Iran has deprived its own people of their basic human rights, this regime does not even respect the international human rights conventions, which it is a signatory of, let alone recognizing an independent judiciary.<\/p>\n

Thus, the Iranian people will not benefit from an independent judiciary until the mullahs are ruling, because hawks will not pick out hawks\u2019 eyes.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Therefore, exacting an independent judiciary on mullahs is an important factor to help Iranians\u2019 struggle for achieving freedom and justice.<\/p>\n

Mullahs justify their human rights violations on the pretext of the imposition of the Constitution, but in fact, the regime\u2019s constitution has symbolized a prominent example of aggression against human dignity. Lack of an independent judiciary leads to the invention of series of delusive charges like fighting against God, corruption on earth, blasphemy, assembly and collusion against national security, disrupting public order, and etc. And the regime security forces and so-called law enforcement impose inhuman punishments.<\/p>\n

Recently, in a statement issued on November 5, the Human Rights Watch pointed to some cruel human rights violation by the regime\u2019s judiciary:<\/p>\n

\u201cHuman rights groups have documented the deaths in custody of two protesters, Sina Ghanbari and Vahid Heidari, as well as an environmental activist, Kavous Seyed Emami, and a Dervish minority protester, Mohammad Raji. Authorities claim the first three committed suicide and provided no explanation about Raji\u2019s death. He had been severely injured during his arrest, on February 20.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, we should not forget another side of the judiciary coin in Iran. No need to say that the regime\u2019s judiciary is absolutely a symbol of plundering and crime. So-called law enforcement officers\u00a0are using their authorities to blackmail ordinary detainees. details of the assets of the regime\u2019s head of the judiciary are disclosed by Shadow Governance Intel site on February 17, 2017, titled:\u00a0 \u201cIran\u2019s Head of Judiciary \u2013 Sadegh Larijani \u2013 Accused of Holding Secret Bank Accounts<\/a><\/u>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we witness how the regime\u2019s top officials convert the judiciary to a device for plundering and crime instead of an independent judiciary.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the civilized world should become aware that the first victims of the in-human judiciary of mullahs are the Iranian people and MEK members and supporters. In 1979, as soon as Khomeini seized power in Iran, he began to suppress freedom-lovers, especially the MEK<\/a>. Eventually, after two years, Khomeini made his decision to murder dissidents and demanded immediate \u201cdestruction of the enemy\u201d through his Fatwa. Since June 1981, regime\u2019s judiciary is responsible for the murderer of more than 120,000 freedom-lovers so far. The anti-human mullahs executed 30,000 political prisoners just within August-September 1988, most of them supporters of the MEK.<\/p>\n
