Aarhus, May 9, 2026 \u2014 Iranian Resistance supporters rally to condemn executions in Iran and back NCRI as a democratic alternative.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Aarhus, Denmark \u2013 May 9, 2026: <\/strong>Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>) and Kurdish compatriots gathered in Aarhus to protest the executions of political prisoners, including PMOI<\/a> members and individuals detained during the January 2026 uprising in Iran. They called for the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners in Iran.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Participants strongly denounced the actions of Iran\u2019s ruling clerical regime, calling the executions a clear violation of fundamental human rights. Demonstrators honored the victims by displaying their photographs and reaffirmed their determination to continue the struggle against the regime until its overthrow and the establishment of a <strong>democratic republic<\/strong> founded on peace, freedom, and justice. They also demanded the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners in Iran.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">The rally highlighted growing international concern over the situation of political prisoners in Iran. Participants called for increased global pressure to halt executions and support the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Organizers of the rally in Aarhus urged the Danish public and the international community to recognize the Iranian people\u2019s clear rejection of all forms of dictatorship\u2014whether <a class=\"reset interactable cursor-pointer decoration-1 underline-offset-1 text-super hover:underline\"
