On Friday, June 5, courageous MEK<\/a> Resistance Units<\/a> in Zahedan carried out their weekly activities, reiterating their commitment to regime change and rejecting all forms of dictatorship. They displayed banners, placards, and slogans denouncing all forms of dictatorship\u2014from the defunct monarchy<\/a> to the ruling religious fascism\u2014while promoting the alternative of a democratic republic and reaffirming the Iranian people\u2019s rejection of both monarchical<\/a> and clerical rule<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The leaflets featured messages from Iranian Resistance leader Mr. Massoud Rajavi<\/a> and NCRI President-elect Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, emphasizing that Iran\u2019s future lies neither in the restoration of monarchy<\/a> nor in the continuation of clerical rule.<\/p>\n

Among the messages circulated were:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • \u201cKhomeini shattered the hopes and trust of an entire nation. As a historical, ideological, and national calamity emerging from the dark depths of medieval ignorance and reaction, his rule posed an existential crisis\u2014a literal test of survival for the very identity and existence of Iran and its people.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cInfinite condemnation upon Khomeini and Khamenei. Just as history condemns the tyrant, we say: down with the legacy of Khomeini and down with the principle of absolute clerical rule.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cRaise your voices in defiance until the forces of dark tyranny are utterly broken and banished, and the bright dawn of liberation finally breaks.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cDown with Khamenei, curse upon Khomeini, down with the principle of absolute clerical rule\u2014long live the Liberation Army\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cEven Montazeri, Khomeini\u2019s designated successor, could no longer tolerate the regime\u2019s rampant bloodshed; when he demanded an end to the atrocities, Khomeini stripped him of his position.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cEvery day, curse Khomeini seven times in your heart, pray for peace and freedom, and salute the martyrs and political prisoners of the Resistance.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cWith the slogan \u2018Neither Shah nor Sheikh,\u2019 the people of Iran and oppressed nationalities have stood up against religious fascism.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cThe slogan of the Provisional Government is Peace and Freedom.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • \u201cIn the face of both the clerical dictatorship and monarchical dictatorship, the Iranian Resistance has presented a democratic alternative that rejects both the former and the current dictatorships.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The campaign highlighted the Resistance movement\u2019s commitment to democratic change through organized resistance and nationwide popular uprisings.<\/p>\n
