Lucerne exhibition spotlights the \u201cNo to Executions\u201d campaign and Iran\u2019s political prisoners, urging justice and freedom.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Lucerne, Switzerland \u2013 July 7, 2026 \u2013<\/strong> Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>) held an exhibition to protest the Iranian regime\u2019s increasing use of the death penalty, particularly against political prisoners. The event also expressed solidarity with the \u201cNo to Executions<\/span><\/a>\u201d campaign.<\/p>\n

Call to Abolish the Death Penalty in Iran<\/h3>\n

The event called for the complete abolition of capital punishment in Iran and the unconditional release of all political prisoners, especially those at risk of imminent execution<\/span><\/a>. Organizers also urged that senior regime officials be held accountable before an international tribunal for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n

A Call for Justice and a Free Iran<\/h3>\n

The exhibition supported NCRI<\/a> President-elect Maryam Rajavi<\/span><\/a>\u2019s \u201cNo to Executions<\/span><\/a>\u201d campaign and called for its global expansion. It also reaffirmed support for regime change toward a secular, democratic republic\u2014rejecting both theocracy and monarchy<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Solidarity of Swiss Citizens in Lucerne<\/h3>\n

Swiss citizens visiting the photo exhibition, which featured martyrs and political prisoners sentenced to death, expressed deep solidarity with the Iranian people. They strongly condemned the regime\u2019s inhumane actions and voiced support for the struggle for freedom and human rights in Iran.<\/p>\n
