Weekly Rally Against Executions in Gothenburg<\/h3>\n

Gothenburg, Sweden \u2014 July 28, 2026:<\/strong> Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>) held a rally in solidarity with the 131st consecutive week<\/a> of the \u201cNo to Execution Tuesdays<\/span><\/a>\u201d campaign, a movement protesting the Iranian regime\u2019s escalating executions and systemic repression.<\/p>\n

Protesters condemned the recent execution of political prisoners, including PMOI member Mehdi Khanaki<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, as well as the public execution of two protesters in Isfahan<\/strong>, who had been arrested during the January uprising, saying the executions are continuing and targeting protesters and political prisoners across the country.<\/p>\n
