PMOI supporters in Paris honor the 1988 massacre victims and call for an end to executions in Iran.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Paris, August 22, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 For the fourth consecutive week, supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>) held a photo exhibition accompanied by a rally and public action in Paris, drawing attention to Iran\u2019s escalating executions and calling for an end to the death penalty. After being held at different locations across the French capital in previous weeks, this week\u2019s exhibition and gathering took place at Place de la Bastille on Saturday, August 22.<\/p>\n

Held under the slogan \u201cStop Executions in Iran,\u201d the event was organized by supporters of the PMOI and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/span><\/a>). It honored recently executed PMOI<\/span><\/a> members and protesters killed during Iran\u2019s nationwide uprising in January 2026<\/a>, while highlighting the growing number of executions in Iran since the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n
