Friday, September 18, 2026:<\/strong> The Resistance Units<\/a> of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) in Zahedan commemorated the 2022 uprising<\/a> by displaying banners and placards throughout the city.<\/p>\n
The banners and placards featured messages from Mrs.\u00a0 Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) and Mr. Massoud Rajavi<\/a>, \u00a0Leader of the Iranian Resistance, commemorating the 2022 uprising, highlighting the role of the Resistance Units<\/a>, and emphasizing the need to continue the resistance against the mullahs\u2019 regime. The rebellious youth also emphasized the slogan **\u201cNo to** **Shah<\/a>, No to Mullahs\u201d<\/strong> and expressed their demand for freedom, peace, equality, and a democratic republic.<\/p>\n**
Messages from Mrs. Maryam Rajavi Commemorating the 2022 Uprising and Highlighting the Role of Women and Resistance Units<\/h2>\n

\u201cThe 2022 uprising made the slogan \u2018Death to the oppressor, be it the Shah<\/a> or the Supreme Leader<\/a>\u2019 widespread and revealed the decisive role of the Mojahedin and militant women who paved the way for it.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cOn the anniversary of the 2022 uprising, we honor the fighting spirit of the Mojahedin Resistance Units, which played the greatest role in the uprising.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cThe Resistance Units kept the flames of the uprising burning brightly across Iran.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Overthrowing the Religious Tyranny and Iran\u2019s Future<\/h2>\n
\n
\u201cThe solution to the Iran problem is the overthrow of the entirety of the religious dictatorship.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cThe Velayat-e Faqih regime (the mullahs\u2019 absolute religious dictatorship) can and must be overthrown.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cIt will not be long before the rule of thieves and criminals is dismantled forever and replaced by democracy and the sovereignty of the people.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cNeither plundering the people\u2019s tables nor this brutal repression can prevent the regime\u2019s bankruptcy or stop the uprising.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Exposing the Policies of the Mullahs\u2019 Regime<\/h2>\n
\n
\u201cAs long as this regime remains in power, it will not abandon its efforts to obtain an atomic bomb, its warmongering and export of terrorism, or its repression, torture, and executions.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Peace and Freedom Against Dictatorship<\/h2>\n
\n
\u201cThe remnants of the Shah and the mullahs want war and dictatorship, but the people of Iran want peace and freedom.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Messages from Mr. Massoud Rajavi: The People\u2019s War and Organized Resistance for Freedom<\/h2>\n

\u201cSince June 20, 1981, the main war in Iran has been the war of the people and organized resistance against the religious dictatorship to achieve freedom and a democratic republic.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cUnder the banner of \u2018No to Shah, No to Mullahs,\u2019 the call for freedom must be raised, arms must be taken up, and resistance must be waged.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cThe policy of \u2018No to Shah, No to Mullahs\u2019 is the only democratic, national, patriotic, and revolutionary policy under the present historical circumstances.\u201d<\/li>\n
\u201cThis is not a newly emerged or nouveau riche resistance; rather, it is the standard-bearer of the people\u2019s front against the anti-people forces, the Shah, and the mullahs.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

As part of the activities by the rebellious youth in Zahedan, slogans against dictatorship and in support of freedom and a democratic republic were also displayed on banners and placards.<\/p>\n

\u201cDictatorship is dictatorship, whether it wears a turban or a crown.\u201d<\/li>\n
