Copenhagen rally condemns execution of Iranian protesters, demands end to death sentences, backs NCRI for democratic change.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Copenhagen, Denmark \u2013 September 30, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/span><\/a>) held a protest rally in Copenhagen against the execution of Ali Hemmati <\/strong>and **Majid Nikandish<\/strong><\/a>, two protesters arrested during the January 2026 uprising in Iran.<\/p>\n**
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">Holding photos of the victims, demonstrators condemned the clerical regime\u2019s actions as blatant human rights violations. They described the executions as a sign of the regime\u2019s growing desperation in the face of public dissent and vowed to continue their struggle until the overthrow of the mullahs\u2019 rule and the establishment of a free, democratic, and just republic.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"PMOI Supporters Protest Executions of Two January Protesters in Copenhagen \u2013 Sept 30 \u2013 Video 2\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6HtFQOuG7cs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">The rally expressed solidarity with all those calling for an end to executions under the banner \u201cNo to Execution.\u201d Participants pledged to keep raising their voices against executions in Iran and to draw international attention to protesters facing severe sentences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&+p]:mt-4 [&_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&_strong:has(+br)]:align-top\">The Copenhagen demonstration was part of broader efforts by PMOI\/MEK supporters to demand an end to executions in Iran and to stand with those sentenced to death for participating in anti-government protests. href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monarchical<\/a> or theocratic\u2014and
