It also calls on the United Nations Security Council to refer Iran\u2019s regime to the International Criminal Court (ICC).<\/p>\n<p>The resolution also condemns the Iranian regime\u2019s persecution of all religious and ethnic minorities, including Kurds, Baluchis, Arabs, Azerbaijanis, Bah\u00e1\u2019\u00eds, Sunni Muslims, Jews, Zoroastrians, and
