Oslo, Norway \u2013 October 10, 2026:<\/strong> On the World Day Against the Death Penalty<\/strong>, supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) and the Iranian Resistance<\/a> took part in the Oslo Marathon<\/strong> wearing vests with the slogans \u201cNo to Executions\u201d and \u201cStop Executions in Iran.\u201d<\/p>\n
They condemned the executions carried out by the Iranian regime and called for the abolition of the death penalty, especially for political prisoners and protesters arrested during uprisings in Iran.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Supporters of the Iranian Resistance demanded an end to impunity for regime leaders responsible for crimes against humanity and urged that they be brought to justice before an international court.<\/p>\n<p>Rejecting both\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monarchical<\/a> dictatorship and clerical rule, they also expressed support for a democratic republic based on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/biography\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/viewpoints\/plan-for-future-of-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ten-Point
