UN Working Group Vice-Chair Ana Lorena Delgadillo joined Iran\u2019s 145th week<\/a> of the \u201cNo to Execution Tuesdays<\/a><\/span>\u201d hunger strike in solidarity with political prisoners across 66 prisons, continuing the wave of support from UN experts that Maryam Rajavi highlighted the previous week.<\/p>\n

Ana Lorena Delgadillo Joins the Campaign<\/h3>\n

Ana Lorena Delgadillo, Vice-Chair of the United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances, joined the \u201cNo to Execution Tuesdays\u201d campaign with a solidarity action on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 \u2014 the 145th consecutive week of the prisoners\u2019 weekly protest.<\/p>\n

The UN Working Group on Enforced Disappearances announced:<\/p>\n

\u201cToday Ana Lorena Delgadillo @analorenadp is joining the #NoToExecutionTuesday campaign. All executions and enforced disappearances must stop. We stand with all of those sentenced to death. A moratorium is urgently needed as a step toward abolition.\u201d<\/p>\n

Delgadillo herself amplified the call with the hashtags #StopExecutions #StopEnforcedDisappearances #Iran.<\/p>\n
