Demonstration by Iranians, Supporters of the MEK in Front of the Court of the Executioner Hamid Noury — October 6, 2021

Stockholm, October 6, 2021: A demonstration by Iranians, supporters of the MEK was held in front of the court of the executioner Hamid Noury. MEK supporters are seeking justice for 1988 Massacre martyrs.

Noury is being tried for his role in the massacre of 30,000 political prisoners in Iran, mostly members and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran(PMOI/MEK). Hamid Noury (also known as Hamid Abbasi) was one of the henchmen involved in the massacre as the assistant to the deputy Prosecutor in Gohardasht Prison in Karaj (west of Tehran). He was the executioner of numerous prisoners. Several years ago, the Iranian Resistance identified him as one of the perpetrators of the 1988 massacre.

Before that, he was a member of the Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) and worked for many years as an interrogator and torturer in the notorious Evin Prison in Tehran.

Supporters of the MEK called for the trial of the regime’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei and the mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi and Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, the regime’s new judiciary chief. Because they committed genocide and crimes against humanity in the 1988 massacre.

The demonstrators chanted:

“1988 massacre, 30,000 executed”

Rajavi Yes, Mullahs No, They are terrorists, they must go!”

“Down with Khamenei, down with Raisi, Damn to Khomeini.”

“Four decades of crime! Death to this government!”
