Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) demonstrated in front of the White House, the United Nations, and the State Department on September 22, simultaneous the UN General Assembly (UNGA). “It is time for the mullahs leaders to be held accountable for their crimes against humanity in the 1988 massacre and the killing of 1,500 protesters during the November 2019 uprising,” the Iranians said.
In these demonstrations, Iranian communities supported UN sanctions and the return of six Security Council (UNSC) resolutions against religious fascism in Iran.
