Dorien Rookmaker: You will be the future. And you, Mrs. Rajavi, have the honor to lead them

I am Dorien Rookmaker an MEP from the Netherlands, I would like to thank you for the invitation, We only just met last month in the European Parliament, and well, I have you in my heart. It’s all about respect for you, Mrs. Rajavi. I respect you so much. And all of you here together, you’re so brave and patient, and you will succeed.

All these terrible groups that are holding your country hostage will disappear, dissolve into thin air. You will be the future. And you, Mrs. Rajavi, have the honor to lead them. I hope to see you again soon.

It took me a while to understand the situation in Iran. There were always people from your movement running around in the Parliament.

I wondered, “What are these ladies doing here?” A couple of people approached me as a young European Member of Parliament, and they all said, “We are the opposition, the rightful opposition of Iran, and you shouldn’t meet with Mrs. Rajavi.”
But I’m glad I did some research, and I always have this motto: you make the decision, and then you stick to it.
So, it took me a while, but I know you’re the one, and I will stick to it. Thank you.
