New York—September 13, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a protest rally in front of the UN against the presence of Ebrahim Raisi, the mass murderer responsible for the 1988 massacre in Iran, at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Members of the Organization of Iranian American Communities (OIAC) from 40 States have initiated a one-week campaign in New York to protest against Ebrahim Raisi and his presence at the UNGA.

Raisi played a major role in perpetuating the 1988 Massacre, which resulted in the deaths of 30,000 political prisoners, as well as the killings of Iranian protesters during nationwide uprisings in recent years.
