As we draw near to Iran’s sham elections to be held on June 18th, the Iranian people are coming together in their boycott of the shame elections and to reiterate one message: #MyVoteRegimeChange
Registeration for the sham elections began on May 11th, candidates such as henchman Ebrahim Raisi, IRGC Brig. Ali Larijani and Es’haq Jahangiri and half a dozen Revolutionary Guards commanders have played a major role in murder and crimes against humanity, warmongering and war crimes, repression, censorship, terrorism and plunder for the past 40 years.
To save a regime on the verge of collapse Khamenei has brought Raisi to the scene, one of the henchmen of the 1988 Massacre of 30,000 political prisoners and notoriously known for his ruthlessness in carrying out executions to suppress society.
Raisi’s tenure:
- 1979: Interrogator at Masjed Soleyman Prosecutor’s Office
- 1980-1984: Prosecutor General of Karaj & Hamedan
- 1984-1988: Central Deputy Prosecutor
- 1988: Member of Death Commission during 1988 Massacre
- 1989-1994: Tehran Prosecutor
- 1994-2004: Head of Office of the Inspector General
- 2004-2014: Deputy Judiciary Chief
- 2014-2015: Prosecutor General of Special Court for the Clergy
- 2016-2019: Head of Astan-e Quds Razavi foundation
- 2019-2021 : Iran’s Judiciary Chief
In an audio recording dating back to August 1988, the late Montazeri warns Raisi and three other members of the death committee that they are perpetrating the greatest crime against humanity in the history of Iran. “The greatest crime committed under the Islamic Republic, for which history will condemn us, has been committed by you. Your names will in the future be etched in the annals of history as criminals.”
As the regime enters its sham election circus, join us in echoing the call of the people, revealing the true nature of Raisi while making clear their stance against the entirety of the regime, in our online tweetstorm using hashtag #رئیسی_جلاد۶۷ (Raisi 1988 Mass-murderer).
