10 October- World Day Against the Death Penalty
Join us as we call for an end to the cycle of executions in Iran
Together, We Can Shatter the Chains of Tyranny
From Washington, to Geneva and Amsterdam, and from Toronto, to Paris and Berlin, Iranians took to the streets to draw attention to ongoing crimes against humanity and executions in Iran, marking the World Day against the Death Penalty.
On Sunday, October 10, 2021, we will all come together to show our presence online in the united call for #NoDeathPenalty!
As we draw international attention to the plight of human rights in Iran, families and victims of the 1988 massacre are calling for the prosecution of Raisi. A formal request has been made to arrest Raisi for crimes against humanity if he decides to attend the #COP26 climate conference in Glasgow. Iranians intend to draw attention to this historic act by the Iranian community, calling for action under universal jurisdiction.
