Bucharest, Romania – June 13, 2025: Supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held an exhibition to shed light on the escalating human rights crisis in Iran and the alarming increase in executions, particularly the death sentences imposed on political prisoners.
The event condemned the regime’s ongoing repression and demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners, while paying tribute to the martyrs of the Iranian Revolution—those executed or killed during uprisings.
Activists organizing the event emphasized their vision for a future democratic republic in Iran, rejecting both the current theocratic regime and any return to monarchy.
Attendees emphasized the crucial role of the MEK Resistance Units active inside Iran, affirming their rightful efforts to defend themselves while promoting the cause of freedom and democracy.
