On that fateful day, forces aligned with the Iranian regime, operating through the Iraqi government, launched a brutal attack on the defenseless residents of Camp Ashraf, resulting in the deaths of 36 PMOI members. Unarmed, the PMOI residents courageously stood their ground, defending Ashraf—a enduring symbol of liberty in Iran—with nothing but their resolve, leaving behind a legacy of bravery that resonates through time.
