According to the statement of the secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) that was issued on June 25, 2022, Resistance Units, a network of activists affiliated with the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) broadcast anti-regime chants over a public announcement system in various cities, such as Mashhad, Kermanshah, Rasht, and Sabzevar on Thursday, June 23.
